I did not expect such awkwardness when walking near you. This feeling in me that I find so truly dreadful and wished I was not there to see you. It is just too early in the morning to feeling so uncomfortable.
Opps she did it again! Gladys dropped her wallet in bus 15 while alighting. It was so contradictory to what she had said earlier in the morning of being more careful with her belongings. For that, I had to walk with her to her bus stop because I did not have coins for her bus fare.
To Gladys: “It will not happen again (losing of belongings).” Yeah, right! *sarcastically
Oh! I met Yong Jie at the bus stop where I alighted bus 15. I could not remember his name so what I did was point at him and tried to guess his name: “err…err…” He got my name right though. Oh, I remembered his birthday. It is on the 1st of August.
I knew Yong Jie because we attended the same abacus class in primary 3. He was my so-called good friend then. I remembered we would go home together after abacus class. I could not have completed my “I am a Young Meteorologist” card if it was not for him. He got his father to help me make an anemometer. I was at his father’s workshop that day. He transferred out of Damai Primary in 1998 and we had lost contact since. After about 5 years, I see him near the area where his father’s workshop used to be. What coincidence!
